The filing-day story

A 10-Q lands. Seven things happen.

The one experience the website cannot deliver. Live Activities pick up new SEC filings for the tickers you watch. The engine revaluates. The Dossier updates. You glance at a lock screen and know the number moved.

EDGAR posts a 10-Q for a watched ticker

    Revaluation runs

The engine builds a fresh Estimated Fair Value from the new filing. The 95% range and the four Safe Price tiers recompute. The classification updates if the filing moved things.

One tap renders a branded share card — the classification, the numbers, the watermark. Share it in iMessage, X, anywhere. The card is fixed by design, not screen-grabbable free-form.

What's inside

Six things the app does. One subscription.

Same numbers as the web. Everything else the web cannot do.

On-demand filing-current valuations

Type any U.S. ticker. The engine runs a fresh valuation against the latest filings and returns a full Dossier in seconds. Generous fair-use cap — 50 fresh valuations a day is invisible to any real investor.

Revaluation alerts, minutes after EDGAR

A watched ticker files. You get a Live Activity, a Dynamic Island update, and a new number — usually within minutes of the filing hitting EDGAR. Data events, never prompts.

The full Safe Price ladder

All four confidence tiers (80% / 85% / 90% / 95%) across four filing horizons (1, 2, 3, 5) — 16 numbers, side by side. Pick your own cushion, glance at the tradeoff, keep the default 90%.

Private Reading Tracker

Save any reading. The tracker follows it against the four shared resolution rules and marks it Open, Resolved, or Superseded when the numbers themselves say so. Nothing leaves the phone.

Branded share cards

One tap renders a designed card — Fair Value, range, Safe Price, classification, date, watermark, disclaimer. Same layout language as the site's OG images. Recognizable at feed-scroll speed.

Evidence-pack export

Per-ticker PDF of every valuation snapshot with dates, the classification history, the recheck-rule text, disclaimers. An audit trail you can file — the compliance form of the model output.

The Reading Tracker

Four rules. Same on your phone. Same on our public log.

Save a reading. The tracker resolves it against these rules — the same four rules that resolve every reading on our public log. Rows are Open, Resolved, or Superseded. Never “predictions.” Never “calls.”

Reached Fair Value

A reading you saved Below Safe Price later closed at or above the Estimated Fair Value it recorded. The tracker shows the date and the resolving close.

Saved Jun 11 at $11.42 — "Below Safe Price" · reached Fair Value $18.90 on Aug 22.

Reached Safe Price

The market close crossed the Safe Price the reading recorded. The tracker records the date and the price.

Saved Jul 03 at $31.80 · reached Safe Price $27.90 on Aug 14 close.

Exited the 95% Range

A completed-day close moved outside the recorded 95% range on either side. Adverse resolutions surface here — winners and losers by construction.

Saved May 20 at $12.05 · close $23.11 exited the range high on Aug 05.

Floor Held at Next Filing

At the next SEC filing, the new Estimated Fair Value stayed at or above the reading's recorded Safe Price. Marked Resolved. If it did not, the reading is Superseded — visible, never deleted.

Saved Feb 12 at $54.10 · next 10-Q Aug 05: new FV $67.20 — floor held.

What the app is not

A short list of things you will not find here.

One subscription. Everything.
